教师角色游戏评价能力的现状调查

Investigation on the Status Quo of Teachers’Ability of Role Play Evaluation

摘要 采用问卷调查、观察和访谈三角互证研究范式,调查教师角色游戏评价能力现状,结果发现:教师大多认同角色游戏对幼儿发展的价值,但对角色游戏主体的认知存在分歧;尚未真正认同角色游戏观察的价值,观察记录缺乏针对性和全面性;识别角色游戏行为的态度较为谨慎,但识别角色游戏行为的能力较弱;较难把握角色游戏回应的时机,回应角色游戏的效果欠佳。研究者据此提出提高教师角色游戏评价能力的建议。 Using triangulation research method of questionnaire,observation and interview,this study investigated the status quoof teachers’ability of role play evaluation.The results reveal that most teachers approve of the value of role play for children'sdevelopment,but have different opinions on the recognition of role play subject,the value of role play observation has not yetbeen approved of and observation records are not well directed or all sided teachers'attitude is cautious in recogning children'splay behavior but their ability of recognizing children's play behavior is weak;and it is difficult to respond to role play on timeso the effect is not satisfactory.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward.
