摘要
良好的家园社区协同共育所形成的教育合力能够促进幼儿园教育质量的提升,保障幼儿身心健康发展。在家园社区协同共育的质量评估中发现,有关家园社区协同共育能力提升的教师专业发展培训较少,幼儿园为周边社区提供服务的精准度不高,家园社区协同共育缺乏系统组织。建议幼儿园加强有关家园社区协同共育能力提升的教师培训,以双赢为导向与社区协同共育,拓展家长参与幼儿园工作的深度与广度。
The educational synergy formed by good kindergarten-family-community collaboration can promote the quality ofkindergarten education and ensure the healthy physical and mental development of children.The results of the quality-assessmentindicate that teachers'professional development training included less content related to their kindergarten-family-communitycollaboration skill,the services provided by the kindergarten to the surrounding community is lack of precision;andkindergarten-family-community collaboration is lack of systematic organization.lt is recommended that kindergarten shouldenhance teacher training on their capacity for kindergarten-family-community collaboration,collaborate with community guidedby win-win orientation,and strengthen the depth and breadth of parents'involvement in kindergarten educational activities.
