Research status of major inflammatory factors in Th1/Th17 chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps

慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉是鼻腔黏膜炎症性疾病,其发病率呈现出逐年上升的趋势,且发病机制复杂,具有高度异质性。在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的发病机制中,炎症因子的作用引起较多关注。该文依据其Th细胞免疫学分型就Th1/Th17型慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉炎症因子研究现状做一综述,旨在为临床提供生物标志物以及指导个性化的药物治疗和手术治疗提供参考。

Chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps is an inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa,and its incidence has been increasing year by year.The pathogenesis of this disease is complex and highly heterogeneous.The role of inflammatory factors in the pathogenesis of chronic sinusitis has become a research hot spot.This article reviews the research status of inflammatory factors of Th1/Th17 CRSwNP based on its Th cellular immunophenotype,in order to provide clinical biomarkers to predict prognosis and guide personalized drug therapy and surgery therapy.
