摘要 目的探究光谱CT单能级技术联合高浓度对比剂提高冠状动脉图像质量的价值。方法40例冠状动脉疾病患者进行光谱CT检查,随机分为参照组和研究组,分别应用传统混合能级图像或高浓度对比剂获取图像。结果研究组40、50 keV各感兴趣区CT值,40、50、60、70和80 keV感兴趣区噪声,40、50、60 keV感兴趣区信噪比,40、50、60、70 keV感兴趣区对比噪声均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论光谱CT单能级技术联合高浓度对比剂在诊断冠状动脉疾病时图像质量明显提高。 Objective To study the value of single-energy spectral CT(SESCT)with high-concentration contrast agent(HCCA)for improving the quality of coronary artery images.Methods Forty patients with coronary artery disease undergoing SESCT were randomized to control and study groups,each obtaining the images by traditional mixed energy or HCCA.Results Compared with control group,CT value of regions of interest(ROIs)at 40 and 50 keV,noise of ROIs at 40,50,60,70,and 80 keV,signal-noise ratio of ROIs at 40,50,and 60 keV,and contrast noise ratio of ROIs at 40,50,60,and 70 keV were better in study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of SESCT and HCCA can improve the image quality in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
