超声定位乳腺钙化灶真空辅助切除活检的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析超声定位乳腺X线显示的钙化灶进行真空辅助旋切活检的可行性。方法高频超声引导下应用真空辅助活检系统对48例乳腺钙化进行旋切活检,术后标本送X线照片明确钙化灶并行病理检查。结果全组48例乳腺钙化灶活检成功率为70.8%(34/48),其中恶性钙化灶占12.5%,BI-RADS 3、4和5类钙化灶的恶性率分别为0、11.1%和100.0%。术后未见明显严重并发症。术后病理确诊良性病变的患者,临床随访1 a以上,均未发现漏诊乳腺癌的情况。结论超声定位乳腺钙化灶真空辅助切除活检的成功率较高,值得临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of application of ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted biopsy for breast calcification.Methods A ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted biopsy system was used to conduct biopsy for 48 cases with breast calcification.The biopsy specimens were sent for X-ray to clarify the calcification,and pathological examination was performed.Results Among 48 cases with breast calcification,the successful rate of biopsy was 70.8%(34/48),of which the malignant calcification accounted for 12.5%,and the malignant rate of calcifications for BI-RADS 3,4 and 5 calcification were 0,11.1%and 100.0%,respectively.There was no severe postoperative complication identified.After more than 1a clinical follow-up,there were no missing diagnosis of breast cancer for the patients diagnosed with benign lesion.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted biopsy for breast calcification is a safe method with high successful rate and worthy of clinical application.
