血培养中2例少见菌引起血流感染的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of two cases of bloodstream infection caused by rare bacteria in blood culture

摘要 猪链球菌引起的猪链球菌病是由国家规定的二类动物疫病,是人畜共患的急性传染病,患者感染猪链球菌的临床表现无特异性,诊断困难,如不及时治疗,病死率高。流感嗜血杆菌生长需要X、V两种因子,普通培养基不生长,极易漏检。血培养中少见菌准确鉴定是血流感染的早期诊断和合理使用敏感抗生素的重要依据。回顾性分析2例少见菌(猪链球菌和流感嗜血杆菌)引起血流感染的临床资料、治疗以及血培养实验室检查特点,具有非常重要的临床价值。 The disease caused by Streptococcus suis is a second-class animal epidemic disease specified by Chinese government,and is an acute infectious disease that is zoonotic.The clinical manifestations of patients infected with Streptococcus suis are non-specific and are difficult to diagnose.If the patients are not treated in time,the mortality rate is high.Haemophilus influenzae requires two factors,ⅩandⅤ,for growth,so it is hard to grow on the normal medium,which means it is easy to be missed detection.Accurate identification of rare bacteria in blood culture is an important basis for the early diagnosis of bloodstream infection and the rational use of sensitive antibiotics.A retrospective analysis of the clinical data,treatment,and blood culture laboratory examination characteristics of two cases of bloodstream infection caused by rare bacteria(Streptococcus suis and Haemophilus influenzae)has very important clinical values.
