SET基因与急性白血病的研究进展

Progress in the relationship between SET gene and acute leukemia

SET在调控基因转录、染色质重塑、DNA修复及其复制、迁移和细胞周期进程发挥重要作用。而SET基因在急性白血病的肿瘤细胞中异常表达,使肿瘤细胞增殖失控、分化障碍、凋亡受阻。对SET的靶向治疗有助于改善急性白血病患者的预后。本文就SET基因在急性白血病中的研究进展进行综述。

SET plays an important role in regulating gene transcription,chromatin remodeling,DNA repair,replication,migration,and cell cycle progression.However,the abnormal expression of SET gene in acute leukemia tumor cells results in uncontrolled proliferation,differentiation disorder,and blocked apoptosis of tumor cells.Targeted therapy for SET can improve the prognosis of patients with acute leukemia.This article reviews the research progress of SET gene in acute leukemia.
