口腔种植修复术中不同导板引导方式对牙列缺损患者远期修复效果的影响

Influence of different guide ways in oral implant restoration on the long-term restoration effect of patients with dentition defect

目的探究口腔种植修复术中不同导板引导方式对牙列缺损患者远期修复效果的影响。方法将本院收治的82例牙列缺损患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(41例,先锋钻导航引导术)和研究组(41例,全程导航引导术)。比较两组植入体的植入精确度、功能效果以及修复效果。结果术后3个月,研究组植入体实际影像与导板设计时冠状面、矢状面的轴向角度偏差和根尖部、颈部距离偏差均小于对照组(P<0.05)。术后24个月,研究组的固位功能、咀嚼功能和舒适程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后24个月,研究组的总体种植修复效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在口腔种植修复术中采用全程导航引导术的植入精确度高于先锋钻导航引导术,且其远期种植修复效果更优。

Objective To explore the influence of different guide ways in oral implant restoration on the long-term restoration effect of patients with dentition defect.Methods A total of 82 patients with dentition defect were divided into control group(41 cases,pilot drill navigation guidance surgery)and study group(41 cases,full navigation guidance surgery)by random number table method.The implantation accuracy of implants,functional effect and repair effect of the two groups were compared.Results Three months after the operation,the coronal and sagittal axial angle deviations and the apical and neck distance deviations between the actual implant images and the guide plate design in the study group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).Twenty-four months after the operation,the retention function,chewing function and comfort scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Twenty-four months after the operation,the overall implant repair effect in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implantation accuracy of the full navigation guidance surgery in dental implant restoration is higher than that of the pilot drill navigation guidance surgery,and the effect of long-term implant restoration is better.
