MRI、CT在急性脑出血诊断中的应用价值

Application value of MRI and CT in diagnosis of acute cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析磁共振成像(MRI)、计算机断层扫描(CT)在急性脑出血(ACH)诊断中的应用价值。方法选取本院2017年2月至2020年1月收治的80例ACH患者作为研究对象,均同期行MRI、CT检查。分析MRI、CT对ACH患者的诊断结果,以病理诊断为金标准,比较MRI、CT对ACH患者病灶、脑部血肿量的诊断结果及对病灶部位的诊断符合率。结果MRI对病灶的检出率为97.87%,高于CT的85.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI、CT诊断脑部血肿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MRI对丘脑病灶的诊断符合率高于CT,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI诊断的费用高于CT诊断,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于CT,MRI在病灶检出和病灶部位诊断方面更具优势,但价格较为昂贵。临床在诊断ACH时,应优先选择CT,当诊断较为困难时可结合MRI,以提高诊断效果。

Objective To analyze the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and computed tomography(CT)in diagnosis of acute cerebral hemorrhage(ACH).Methods A total of 80 patients with ACH admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and MRI and CT examination were performed at the same time.The diagnostic results of MRI and CT in patients with ACH were analyzed.Based on the pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the diagnostic results of the lesions,the volume of brain hematoma and the diagnostic accordance rate of lesion location of MRI and CT in patients with ACH were compared.Results The detection rate of lesion of MRI was 97.87%,which was higher than 85.11%of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the volume of brain hematoma between MRI and CT(P>0.05).The diagnostic accordance rate of MRI in the thalamic lesions was higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cost of MRI diagnosis was higher than that of CT diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CT,MRI has more advantages in lesion detection and lesion location diagnosis,but the cost is more expensive.In clinical diagnosis of ACH,CT should be preferred.When the diagnosis is difficult,MRI can be combined to improve the diagnosis effect.
