柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗抑郁症的效果

Effect of modified Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of depression

目的探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗抑郁症的效果。方法回顾性选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的100例抑郁症患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的抑郁程度、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的HAMD及SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的HAMD及SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组患者的84.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的6.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗抑郁症的效果良好,能够有效减轻患者的抑郁程度,且不良反应较少。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of depression.Methods One hundred patients with depression admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with modified Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction on the basis of the control group.The depression degree,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of HAMD and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of HAMD and SDS of the two groups decreased,those of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 6.00%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction has a good effect on depression,which can effectively reduce the degree of depression in patients with less adverse reactions.
