芪苈强心胶囊治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure with water overflowing type due to Yang deficiency

目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年4月柞水县中医医院内科收治的60例阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规治疗方案)和芪苈强心组(在对照组基础上联合芪苈强心胶囊),每组30例。比较两组患者的治疗效果、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平及左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果芪苈强心组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的NT-proBNP水平均较治疗前降低,且芪苈强心组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的LVEF均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭的临床效果显著,可改善患者的NT-proBNP水平及LVEF,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure with water overflowing type due to Yang deficiency.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure patients and water overflowing type due to Yang deficiency admitted in the internal medicine department of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Zhashui county from October 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(conventional treatment reqimens)and Qili Qiangxin group(combined with the Qili Qiangxin capsule on the basis the control group)by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,the level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the Qili Qiangxin group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NT-proBNP level of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and that in the Qili Qiangxin group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,LVEF of the two groups were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure with water overflowing type due to Yang deficiency has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the level of NT-proBNP and LVEF of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
