Evaluation of communication skills attitude of nursing students under the background of professional certification

目的评价专业认证背景下护生沟通技能态度。方法采用方便抽样法于2020年11月选取西安交通大学、西藏民族大学518名在校护生作为研究对象,记录护生一般情况,采用中文版沟通技能态度量表(Ch-CSAS)评价护生的沟通技能态度。结果518名护生中,PAS评分22~65分,平均(49.23±7.58)分。男性、非独生子女、汉族、985/211、大四、父母为医护工作者、学习环境评价(与同学的关系/老师的支持)好、有相关工作经历、热爱护理专业、因喜欢选择护理专业护生的PAS评分相对较高。NAS评分21~61分,平均(44.59±6.85)分。大四、有相关工作经历、因喜欢选择护理专业护生的NAS评分相对较低。结论护生应掌握以人文关怀为基础的沟通技能,这项工作必须从在校阶段抓起,这不仅是专业认证的需求,也有助于增强护生临床工作能力。针对PAS评分较低的护生,应加强沟通技能培训、注重过程评价。

Objective To evaluate the communication skills attitude of nursing students under the background of professional certification.Methods A total of 518 nursing students in Xi'an jiaotong university and Xizang minzu university were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method in November 2020.The general situation of nursing students was recorded,and the Chinese version of communication skills attitude scale(Ch-CSAS)was used to evaluate the communication skills attitude of nursing students.Results In 518 nursing students,the PAS scores ranged from 22 to 65,with an average of(49.23±7.58).The nursing students of male,non-only child,Han nationality,985/211,senior,parents who are medical workers,good evaluation of learning environment(relationship with classmates/support from teachers),have relevant work experience,love nursing profession,because of the preference to choose nursing profession have relatively higher PAS scores.NAS scores ranged from 21 to 61,with an average of(44.59±6.85).The nursing students of senior,have relevant work experience and because of the preference to choose nursing profession have relatively lower NAS scores.Conclusion Nursing students should master the communication skills based on humanistic care.This work must start from the school stage,which is not only the demand of professional certification,but also helps to enhance the clinical work ability of nursing students.For nursing students with low PAS score,we should strengthen the training of communication skills and pay attention to the process evaluation.
