摘要 miRNAs是一类内源性的非编码单链小RNA分子,长度约为18~22 nt个核苷酸,它能与mRNA的3′端非编码区(3′UTR)靶向结合,从而在转录或翻译水平上调控靶基因的表达。miR-204作为miRNAs的重要一员,既参与细胞的生长发育、增殖、分化及凋亡,又参与各类肿瘤的多个生物学过程。已有研究发现,miR-204与肿瘤的关系密切,尤其在消化系统肿瘤的发生、发展中起到重要作用。近年来,miR-204与肿瘤的研究取得了许多突破性进展。本文主要阐述miR-204与消化系统常见肿瘤关系的研究进展,旨在为消化系统常见肿瘤的基础实验及临床治疗研究提供一定的参考依据。 The miRNAs are a class of endogenous non coding single stranded small RNA molecules with a length of about 18-22 nt nucleotides,which can target bind with the 3'-terminal non coding region(3′UTR)of mRNA,and regulates the expression of target genes at the transcriptional or translational level.As an important member of miRNAs,miR-204 not only participates in cell growth and development,proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,but also participates in many biological processes of various tumors.It has been found that miR-204 is closely related to tumors,especially plays an important role in the occurrence and development of digestive system tumors.In recent years,many breakthroughs have been made in the research of miR-204 and tumors.This paper mainly describes the research progress of the relationship between miR-204 and common digestive system tumors,aiming to provide some reference for the basic experimental and clinical treatment of common digestive system tumors.
