摘要
从近年建筑施工企业技术质量管理过程中存在的问题和产生的原因等方面进行全面阐述与分析,提出建筑施工企业要认真研判国际国内政治经济、社会形势,不断学习应用先进的管理技术,掌握现代化建筑施工企业技术质量管理的原则、方法和步骤,动态指导、因地制宜地开展管理工作,充分发挥企业考核的“指挥棒”作用;落实人才战略,提高工作质量,强化专业化分工。提供差异化产品服务,提高综合竞争力,才能快速适应复杂多变的建筑市场新环境,实现企业持续、健康、稳定的新发展。
This paper comprehensively expounded and analyzed the problems and causes in the process of project technology and quality management of construction enterprises in recent years,proposed that construction enterprises should seriously study and judge the international and domestic political and economic,social situation,keep learning and applying advanced management techniques,master the principles,methods and steps of technical quality management in modern construction enterprises,conduct management work dynamically and according to local conditions,and give full play to the"baton"role of enterprise assessment;Implement talent strategy,improve work quality,and strengthen professional division of labor.Only by providing differentiated products and services and improving the comprehensive competitiveness,can we quickly adapt to the complex and changeable new environment of the construction market quickly and realize the sustainable,healthy and stable new development of the enterprise.
