摘要
喉癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前其发病机制尚不清楚。随着生物科学技术的发展和基因测序技术的进步,已经可以从分子水平研究喉癌的发生发展机制,许多研究表明长链非编码RNA在喉癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,这有助于喉癌的早期诊断和治疗,提高喉癌患者的术后生存质量。
Laryngeal cancer is one of the malignant tumors of the head and neck,but its pathogenesis is not clear.With the development of biological science and technology and the progress of gene chip and whole genome sequencing,researchers have been able to study the mechanism of occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma at the molecular level.Many studies have shown that LncRNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma,which is helpful to the earlier diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal cancer and improve the quality of life of patients with laryngeal carcinoma post-operation.
