摘要
为判断某型地铁客车车体结构设计的合理性,以车辆车体结构为研究对象,在Hypermesh软件中建立其有限元模型,根据EN 12663和GB/T 7928标准对其施加工况载荷,利用ANSYS软件对车体的静强度、刚度、模态和疲劳强度进行了有限元仿真分析。计算结果表明:车体在各工况条件下的刚度、静强度、模态和疲劳强度均满足设计要求,进而验证了车体结构设计的合理性,同时也为后续车体结构的改进和优化提供理论支撑。
In order to make a reasonable judgment and provide basis for the preliminary design of a certain type of metro vehicle body,this paper takes the vehicle body as the research object,and establishes its finite element model in HyperMesh.According to the requirements of EN 12663 and GB/T 7928,the static strength,stiffness,modal and fatigue strength of the vehicle body are simulated by ANSYS.The results show that the stiffness,static strength,modal and fatigue strength of the vehicle body meet the design requirements under various working conditions,which verifies the rationality of the car body structure design.Simultaneously,it also provides theoretical support for the improvement and optimization of the vehicle body structure.
