短距离游泳运动员力量训练突破途径及方法分析

摘要 目前,短距离游泳运动员的力量训练架构存在一定问题,致使运动员肌肉刺激不足、力量难以突破。因此,分析短距离游泳运动员力量训练突破途径及方法,根据力-速曲线理论优化运动员负荷强度计算,建立运动员力量能力评价模型;根据运动员个人弱势改变训练结构,应用适应负荷与适时恢复原则建立金字塔式训练结构,具有重要意义。为验证研究的力量训练突破方法的有效性,对某体育高校的3名短距离游泳运动员进行了力量训练,取得了训练中的肌肉积分肌电值。实验结果显示,运用本研究方法的运动员肌肉积分肌电值高于其他方法,证明本研究方法可以有效刺激运动员肌肉,在短距离游泳运动员力量训练中具有可行性。 In the current strength training for short distance athletes,there are problems in the training structure,which leads to insufficient muscle stimulation and difficulty in breaking through strength.Therefore,this paper analyzes the breakthrough ways and methods of short distance swimmers’strength training,improves the calculation of athletes’load intensity according to the theory of force speed curve,establishes the evaluation model of athletes’strength ability,changes the training structure according to the individual weakness of athletes,applies the principle of adaptive load and timely recovery in specific methods,and uses pyramid training in training structure pattern.In order to verify the effectiveness of the breakthrough method of strength training,three short distance swimmers in a sports university were trained by using the research method and the strength training method in the literature,and the muscle integral electromyography value in the training was recorded.The experimental results show that the muscle integral EMG value of the research method is higher than other methods,which proves that the research method can effectively carry out strength training on Athletes’muscles Stimulation,the research method is feasible.
