摘要 磷是地表环境中重要的生命元素。由于研究手段的限制,目前有关磷生物地球化学循环过程及机制的认识仍然匮乏。作为一种新兴示踪剂,磷酸盐氧同位素(δ^(18)O_(p))成为当前研究磷生物地球化学循环的潜在有效工具。本文综述了δ^(18)O_(p)示踪环境中磷来源与循环的基础原理,不同环境介质中δ^(18)O_(p)的分离纯化及测试方法的研究进展,梳理了近年来δ^(18)O_(p)在环境科学领域的应用,重点是土壤、沉积物和水生生态系统(河流、湖泊和海洋)。在此基础上,提出了δ^(18)O_(p)在未来工作上的展望:进一步扩展δ^(18)O_(p)分析测试技术(如低磷、高溶解有机质的样品),在藻类、微生物体系中分馏效应的探索。 Phosphorus is an important life element in the earth surface environment.Due to the limitation of research methods,the understanding of phosphorus biogeochemical cycle process and mechanism is still lacking.Phosphate oxygen isotope(δ^(18)O_(p)),as a new tracer,has become a potential effective tool for studying the phosphorus biogeochemical cycle.In this study,the basic principle ofδ^(18)O_(p)tracing the source and circulation of phosphorus in the environment,the separation and purification of different media and the research progress of testing methods are summarized.Its application in the biogeochemical cycle of phosphorus in environmental science is reviewed.This paper focuses on the application ofδ^(18)O_(p)technology in soil/sediment and aquatic ecosystem(rivers,lakes,oceans)in recent years.On this basis,the prospect ofδ^(18)O_(p)in the future work is put forward:the further improvement and expansion ofδ^(18)O_(p) technology(such as low phosphorus,high dissolved organic matter samples);the exploration of fractionation effect in algae and microbial system.
