心脏康复运动对心脏机械瓣膜置换术后患者的效果

Effect of cardiac rehabilitation exercise for patients after mechanical heart valve replacement

目的探讨心脏康复运动对心脏机械瓣置换术后患者的效果。方法通过便利抽样法,选取2019年1月至12月在本院心血管外科行心脏机械瓣膜置换术后康复期的患者60例列为研究对象,根据护理方案不同分为试验组和对照组。试验组29例,男性16例,女性13例,年龄(63.80±4.80)岁;对照组31例,男性18例,女性13例,年龄(63.20±4.50)岁。两组患者在院期间均接受相应的临床护理,试验组在对照组患者治疗及常规护理的基础上给予心脏康复运动干预措施,对两组的临床治疗效果进行分析和评估。结果实施护理8 d后,试验组6 min步行距离为(395.30±27.10)m,对照组为(336.50±20.00)m;试验组的左心室射血分数为(57.48±3.46)%,对照组为(53.26±3.28)%;两组患者6 min步行距离、左心室射血分数比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实施护理8 d后,试验组焦虑自评量表评分为(36.42±5.12)分,对照组为(42.96±4.15)分,试验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对心脏机械瓣置换后患者术后护理时,心脏康复运动的应用,不仅能显著改善患者的心脏功能和运动机能状况,更加能提高患者术后的康复效果和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of cardiac rehabilitation exercise for patients after mechanical heart valve replacement.Methods Sixty patients after mechanical heart valve replacement at the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of our hospital from January to December,2019 and during rehabilitation period were selected by convenience sampling,and were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the nursingmethods.Therewere 29 cases in the experimental group,including 16 males and 13 females;they were(63.80±4.80)years old.There were 31 cases in the control group,including 18 males and 13 females;they were(63.20±4.50)years old.Both groups received corresponding clinical nursing during their hospital stay.The experimental group did cardiac rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the treatment and routine nursing in the control group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated.Results After 8 days'postoperative nursing care,the six-minute walk distance,left ventricular ejection fraction,and score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale were(395.30±27.10)m,(57.48±3.46)%,and(36.42±5.12)in the experimental group,and were(336.50±20.00)m,(53.26±3.28)%,and(42.96±4.15)in the control group,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation exercise for patients after mechanical heart valve replacement can significantly improve their cardiac function,motor function,quality of life,and postoperative rehabilitation effect.
