耳穴压豆联合社区健康教育对突发性耳聋患者的影响

Auricular point pressing combined with community health education for patients with sudden deafness

目的针对突发性耳聋患者实施耳穴压豆联合社区健康教育工作对其护理效果产生的影响进行对比。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月广东医学院附属厚街医院收治的56例突发性耳聋患者,随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,每组28例。对照组男12例,女16例,年龄(69.84±2.66)岁;联合组男11例,女17例,年龄(69.52±2.71)岁。对照组运用耳穴压豆干预,联合组在对照组的基础上联合社区健康教育干预。对比两组患者的心理状态、相关知识认知程度及护理满意度。结果联合组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组[(24.45±1.03)分比(35.36±1.14)分、(24.31±1.41)分比(36.64±1.48)分],联合组患者的各项认知程度评分均高于对照组,联合组护理总满意度高于对照组[96.43%(27/28)比64.29%(18/28)],以上各项两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论通过运用耳穴压豆与社区健康教育联合的方式能够促进突发性耳聋患者负性心理改善,并能够有效促进认知程度及护理满意度的提升,因而具有重要意义,应当大力推广。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressing combined with community health education for patients with sudden deafness.Methods Eighty patients with sudden deafness treated at Dongguan Houjie Hospital from October,2019 to October,2020 were divided into a control group and a combined group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.There were 12 males and 16 females in the control group;they were(69.84±2.66)years old.There were 11 males and 17 females in the combined group;they were(69.52±2.71)years old.The control group took auricular point pressing;in addition,the combined group took community health education.Psychological state,cognitive degree of related knowledge,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were lower and the total nursing satisfaction was higher in the combined group than in the control group[(24.45±1.03)vs.(35.36±1.14),(24.31±1.41)vs.(36.64±1.48),and 96.43%(27/28)vs.64.29%(18/28);all P<0.05].The scores of cognitive degrees in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of auricular point pressing and community health education for patients with sudden deafness can improve their psychological state,cognitive level,and nursing satisfaction,so it is of great significance and should be vigorously promoted.
