基于STRONGkids的营养干预在脑性瘫痪儿童中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨营养状况和生长风险筛查量表(STRONGkids)在脑性瘫痪患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年11月在本院康复医学科接受治疗的高营养风险的脑性瘫痪患儿60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组中男性患儿15例,女性患儿15例,年龄(1.74±0.59)岁,采用常规康复治疗;观察组中,男性患儿16例,女性患儿14例,年龄(1.93±0.58)岁,采用常规康复治疗加营养干预方案。治疗前及治疗3个月后,采用STRONGkids、粗大运动功能测试量表88项(GMFM-88)对两组进行评估。结果治疗后,观察组STRONGkids评分为(3.07±0.78)分,较治疗前的(4.53±0.51)分有改善(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组GMFM-88总评分为(66.83±4.72)分、A功能区评分为(94.84±18.23)分、B功能区评分为(76.38±16.52)分、C功能区评分为(36.47±16.76)分、D功能区评分为(30.46±14.50)分、E功能区为(25.44±7.62)分,均明显优于对照组[分别为(56.59±3.65)分、(85.12±14.79)分、(58.59±13.61)分、(26.11±13.47)分、(18.33±12.31)分、(19.72±6.24)分],两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论STRONGkids在脑性瘫痪儿童中应用,可以早期发现患儿的营养问题,尽早干预,提高患儿的疗效。 Objective To investigate the effect applying STRONGkids Nutritional Risk Screening Scale in children with cerebral palsy. Methods Sixty cerebral palsy children with high nutritional risk treated at our department from June, 2019 to November, 2020 were selected, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group had 15 boys and 15 girls, were (1.74±0.59) years old, and took routine rehabilitation treatment. The observation group had 16 boys and 14 girls, were (1.93±0.58) years old, took routine rehabilitation treatment, and were nutritionally intervened. Before and 3 months after the treatment, the STRONGkids Nutritional Risk Screening Scale and 88 Items of Gross Motor Function Test Scale (GMFM-88) were used to evaluate the two groups. Results In the observation group, the score of STRONGkids Nutritional Risk Screening Scale was (3.07±0.78) after and (4.53±0.51) before the treatment (P<0.05). After the treatment, the total score of GMFM-88 and the scores of A, B, C, D, and E functional areas were (66.83±4.72), (94.84± 18.23), (76.38±16.52), (36.47±16.76), (30.46±14.50), and (25.44±7.62) in the observation group, and were (56.59±3.65), (85.12±14.79), (58.59±13.61), (26.11±13.47), (18.33±12.31), and (19.72± 6.24) in the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusions Application of STRONGkids Nutritional Risk Screening Scale in children with cerebral palsy can detect their nutritional problems early;and the problems are solved early to improve the efficacy.
