摘要
针对粉煤气化制合成氨工厂的CO变换工艺,分析四段绝热和两段等温工艺在工艺流程、设备投资、系统压降、公用工程消耗、运行和检维修等方面的差异。
This paper focuses on the CO shift conversion process of the pulverized coal gasification to ammonia plant,and analyzes the differences between the four-stage adiabatic process and two-stage isothermal process in terms of process flow,equipment investment,system pressure drop,utility consumption,operation,maintenance and other aspects.
