偏心非均匀布管换热器结构应力分析

Structural Stress Analysis of Heat Exchanger with Eccentric Non-Uniform Tube Layout

某项目中固定管板式换热器的管板仅局部偏心非均匀少量布管,未布管区域占比较大,且筒体中部有大开孔。本文采用ANSYS软件对该换热器结构进行建模,分析膨胀节、换热管的安全稳定性,对此类偏心非均匀布管换热器的设计提出合理建议。

In a certain project, the tube sheet of the fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger is only partially eccentric and non-uniformly distributed with a small number of tubes, the area without tubes is relatively large, and there is a large opening in the middle of the cylinder. This paper uses ANSYS software to model the structure of the heat exchanger, analyzes the safety and stability of expansion joints and heat exchange tubes, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the design of such type of heat exchangers with eccentric non-uniform tube layout.
