摘要
针对苯酚储罐上泡沫发生器内存在严重的结晶问题,对泡沫发生器进行优化升级,结果表明采用蒸汽伴热的方式对泡沫发生器进行改造后,效果良好,提高了苯酚储罐运行的稳定性。
In this paper, in view of the serious crystallization problem in the foam generator on the phenol storage tank, the foam generator is optimized and upgraded. The results show that after the foam generator is modified by steam tracing, good results are obtained and the operational stability of the phenol storage tank is improved.
