脑小血管病致认知功能障碍采用多奈哌齐联合尼膜同治疗的疗效分析

Efficacy of donepezil combined with Nimotop in treatment of cognitive dysfunction caused by cerebral small vessel disease

目的分析脑小血管病致认知功能障碍采用多奈哌齐联合尼膜同治疗效果。方法选择2018年10月至2019年12月广州医科大学附属第五医院收治脑小血管病致认知功能障碍患者62例,按随机数表分为两组各31例,对照组给予尼膜同治疗,研究组采用多奈哌齐联合尼膜同治疗,对比两组疗效、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)指标、蒙特利尔认知评估(MoCA)评分情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率(90.32%)高于对照组(61.29%)(P<0.05);研究组Hcy(10.17±1.22)μmol/L与Hs-CRP(2.18±0.28)mg/L指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组MoCA评分(23.31±2.28)分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床使用多奈哌齐联合尼膜同治疗脑小血管病致认知功能障碍患者,可改善患者Hcy和hs-CRP指标,能有效提高其认知功能及临床效果。

【Objective】To analyze the effect of donepezil combined with Nimotop in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction caused by cerebral small vessel disease.【Methods】From October 2018 to December 2019,the 62 patients with cognitive dysfunction caused by cerebral small vessel disease were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The 31 patients in the control group was treated with Nimotop and 31 cases in the study group were treated with donepezil combined with Nimotop.The efficacy,homocysteine(Hcy)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)indicators,and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scores were compared between the two groups.【Results】The total curative effect of the study group was 90.32%,which was higher than that of the control group(61.29%)(P<0.05);the Hcy(10.17±1.22μmol/L)and hs CRP(2.18±0.28 mg/L)indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the MoCA score(23.31±2.28)of the study group was higher than the control group(21.57±2.36)(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The clinical use of donepezil combined with Nimotop to treat patients with cognitive dysfunction caused by cerebrovascular disease can improve the Hcy and hs CRP indicators of patients,and can effectively improve their cognitive function and clinical effects.
