0~5岁小儿急性腹泻病原微生物检验结果分析

Pathogenic microorganism test results of acute diarrhea in children aged 0-5 years

目的观察0~5岁小儿急性腹泻微生物检验的结果。方法选取清丰县疾病预防控制中心收治的200例急性腹泻患儿,收集所有患儿的粪便样本进行细菌培养检测,分析所有患儿病原微生物的感染情况。同时比较不同年龄、性别以及月份的病原微生物检出情况,不同病原微生物的季节分布特点。结果在检验结果中显示,导致患儿出现急性腹泻的病原微生物主要为病毒,其次为致病菌;最为常见的病毒为人轮状病毒,占比54.96%;在不同年龄、性别与月份的病原菌微生物检出情况中,男女患儿病原微生物检出率中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1~2岁患儿在病原微生物的检出率中高于其他年龄段患儿(P<0.05);而6~8月与12~2月患儿病原微生物检出率高于其他月份(P<0.05)。在病原微生物的季节分布特点中,全年均会出现病原微生物感染情况,其中以12~2月和6~8月为病原微生物感染的高发期。结论导致0~5岁小儿出现急性腹泻的原因包含了多种,主要为病毒感染所致。病原微生物感染具有季节分布的特点,以6~8月和12~2月为病原微生物感染的高发期,需要加强对于季节的防范工作,并根据感染的类型采取有针对性的治疗措施。

【Objective】To observe the pathogenic microorganism test results of acute diarrhea in children aged 0-5 years.【Methods】Two hundred cases of acute diarrhea were selected.Fecal samples of all children were collected for bacterial culture detection,and the infection status of pathogenic microorganisms was analyzed.Meanwhile,the detection of pathogenic microorganisms at different ages,genders and months were compared.Seasonal distribution characteristics of different pathogenic microorganisms were analyzed.【Results】The pathogenic microorganisms causing acute diarrhea were mainly virus,followed by pathogenic bacteria.The most common virus is human rotavirus,accounting for 54.96%.In the detection of pathogenic microorganisms at different ages,genders and months,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of pathogenic microorganisms between male and female children(P>0.05).The detection rate of pathogenic microorganisms in 1-2 years old children was significantly higher than that in other age groups(P<0.05).However,the detection rate of pathogenic microorganisms in children from June to August and from December to February was significantly higher than that from other months(P<0.05).Among the seasonal distribution characteristics of pathogenic microorganisms,the infection of pathogenic microorganisms will occur all year round,among which the high incidence period is December to February and June to August.【Conclusion】There are many causes of acute diarrhea in children aged 0-5 years,which is mainly caused by virus infection.Pathogen infection has the characteristics of seasonal distribution,with June to August and December to February as the high incidence of pathogen infection,it is need to strengthen the prevention of the season,and take targeted treatment measures according to the type of infection.
