止痛壮骨散及壮骨抗劳散外敷结合运旋提抓牵抖法对膝骨关节炎疗效、膝关节功能影响研究

Curative Effect of Zhitong Zhuanggu Powder and Zhuanggu Kanglao Powder by External Application Combined with the Method of Lifting, Grasping and Shaking for Knee Osteoarthritis and Its Influence Study on Knee Joint Function

目的:观察止痛壮骨散及壮骨抗劳散外敷结合运旋提抓牵抖法对膝骨关节炎疗效、膝关节功能影响。方法:研究共计纳入50例双侧膝骨关节炎患者,均由我院2019年3月~2020年3月收治,研究过程中脱落2例,共计48例,48例患者左膝骨关节炎均采取止痛壮骨散及壮骨抗劳散外敷结合运旋提抓牵抖法治疗,将其作为观察组,48例患者右膝骨关节炎单纯止痛壮骨散及壮骨抗劳散外敷,将其作为对照组,比较两组患者治疗2周后、治疗4周后临床疗效、治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后两组患者Lequesne指数评分变化情况、治疗不良反应情况。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者总有效率相当,P>0.05,但观察组患者显效率及有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗4周后,观察组患者总有效率略高于对照组,P>0.05,但观察组患者临床治愈率及显效率均显著高于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前Lequesne评分比较,P>0.05,治疗2周及4周后各组患者Lequesne指数评分改善,观察组Lequesne评分均优于对照组,P<0.05;对照组及观察组治疗过程中各出现2例过敏,P>0.05。结论:止痛壮骨散及壮骨抗劳散外敷治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,结合运旋提抓牵抖法效果更佳,患者膝关节功能恢复良好,症状改善,不良反应少,安全性高,值得推广以及应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of Zhitong Zhuanggu Powder and Zhuanggu Kanglao Powder by external application combined with the method of lifting, grasping and shaking for knee osteoarthritis and its influence study on knee joint function. Methods: Studing 50 patients with bilateral knee osteoarthritis from March 2019 to March 2020, in the process of research fall off in 2 cases, a total of 48 cases, 48 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were taken Zhitong Zhuanggu Powder and Zhuanggu Kanglao Powder by external application combined with the method of lifting, grasping and shaking, as an observation group, 48 cases right knee osteoarthritis patients with pure Zhitong Zhuanggu Powder and Zhuanggu Kanglao Powder by external application, as a controlled group. Changes in Lequesne index score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups was similar(P > 0.05), but the obvious efficiency and effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the controlled group(P < 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the controlled group(P > 0.05), but the clinical cure rate and apparent efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the controlled group(P < 0.05). The Lequesne score of the two groups before treatment was compared with that of the controlled group(P < 0.05), and the Lequesne index score of each group was improved after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment. The Lequesne score of the observation group was better than that of the controlled group(P < 0.05). There were 2 cases of allergy in the controlled group and the observation group, P > 0.05. Conclusion: External application of Zhitong Zhuanggu Powder and Zhuanggu Kanglao Powder has a significant therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis. Combined with the method of lifting, grasping, pulling and shaking, it has a better effect, and the knee joint function in patients is well recovered, symptoms are improved, adverse reactions are less, and the safety is high. Therefore, it is worth promoting and applying.
