郑氏手法配合二黄新伤软膏外用治疗中老年急性踝关节扭伤疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying ZHENG’s Technique Combined with Erhuang Xinshang Ointment for External Use in the Treatment of Acute Ankle Sprain in Middle-aged and Elderly Patients

目的:观察郑氏手法配合二黄新伤软膏外用治疗中老年急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:自2018年3月~2020年3月,采用郑氏手法配合二黄新伤软膏外用治疗中老年急性踝关节扭伤的门诊患者80例,其中:男52例,女28例,年龄45~72(53±3.4)岁,病程0.5~24(5.2±10.7)h。治疗3周后参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中踝关节扭伤的疗效标准评价临床疗效。结果:80例患者获得随访,其中治愈69例、显效9例、有效2例。结论:郑氏手法配合二黄新伤软膏外用治疗中老年急性踝关节扭伤可以有效缓解踝关节疼痛及肿胀、促进踝关节功能恢复,短期效果良好。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of ZHENG’s massage manipulation combined with Erhuang Xinshang Ointment for external use in the treatment of acute ankle sprain in middle-aged and elderly patients. Methods: A total of 80 outpatients with acute ankle sprain were treated with ZHENG’s massage manipulation combined with Erhuang Xinshang Ointment for external use from March 2018 to March 2020. Of the enrolled 80 patients, there were 52 males and 28 females, with an average age of(53±3.4) years old(ranging from 45 to 72 years old). The course of disease was 0.5~24(5.2±10.7)h. After 3 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect was evaluated according to the curative effect standard of ankle sprain in the Diagnosis and Curative Effect Standard of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes. Results: All the 80 cases were followed up, of which 69 cases were cured, 9 cases had markedly effective results and 2 cases showed effective outcomes. Conclusion: ZHENG’s massage manipulation combined with Erhuang Xinshang Ointment for external use can effectively relieve the pain and swelling of ankle joint and promote the recovery of ankle joint function in the treatment of acute ankle sprain in middle-aged and elderly patients, with good short-term effect.
