经皮神经电刺激与中医穴位按压联合艾灸在防治肿瘤患者顺铂化疗所致恶心呕吐的效果观察

Effective Observation of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupressure Combined with Moxi-moxibustion in Preventing and Treating Nausea and Vomiting Caused by Cisplatin Chemotherapy for Tumor Patients

目的:研究经皮神经电刺激与中医穴位按压联合艾灸在防治肿瘤患者顺铂化疗所致恶心呕吐的效果。方法:选取2019.6~2019.12我院收治的96例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用系统随机化法均分为研究组(经皮神经电刺激、中医穴位按压联合艾灸)和对照组(中医穴位按压联合艾灸)。比较两组化疗后3d呕吐控制程度、恶心控制程度、食欲不振控制程度,比较两组化疗后1d及6d的呕吐对生活影响程度[呕吐生活功能指数量表(FILE)],比较两组化疗前及化疗后6d生活质量[癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)],比较两组患者止吐药物追加率。结果:化疗后3d,研究组呕吐控制有效率、恶心控制有效率、食欲不振控制有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗后6d,两组FILE水平均较化疗后1d显著提升,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗后6d,两组FACT-G水平均较化疗前显著下降,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组止吐药物追加率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮神经电刺激与中医穴位按压联合艾灸能够有效降低肿瘤患者顺铂化疗所致恶心呕吐程度及止吐药物用量,改善恶心呕吐对生活产生的影响,提升生活质量。

Objective: To study the effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and TCM acupressure combined with moxa-moxibustion in preventing and treating nausea and vomiting caused by cisplatin chemotherapy for tumor patients. Methods: A total of 96 tumor patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into a study group(transcutaneous nerve electrical stimulation, TCM acupressure combined with moxi-moxibustion) and a controlled group(TCM acupressure combined with moxi-moxibustion) according to the systematic randomization. The vomiting control degree, nausea control degree and inappetence control degree were compared between the two groups at 3 d after chemotherapy. The effect of vomiting on life [functional living index-emesis(FILE)] was compared between the two groups at 1 d and 6 d after chemotherapy. The quality of life [functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G)] was compared between the two groups before chemotherapy and at 6 d after chemotherapy. The additional rate of antiemetic drugs was compared between the two groups. Results: At 3 d after chemotherapy, the effective rates of vomiting control, nausea control and inappetence control in the study group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P < 0.05). At 6 d after chemotherapy, the FILE score in the two groups was significantly higher than that at 1 d after chemotherapy, and the score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P < 0.05). At 6 d after chemotherapy, the FACT-G score in the two groups was significantly lower than that before chemotherapy, and the score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P < 0.05). The additional rate of antiemetic drugs in the study group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and TCM acupressure combined with moxa-moxibustion can effectively reduce the degrees of nausea and vomiting caused by cisplatin chemotherapy and dosage of antiemetic drugs in tumor patients, improve the impact of nausea and vomiting on life, and improve the quality of life.
