基于中医治未病思想的护理干预对结直肠癌患者康复的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Concept of “Preventive Treatment of Disease” on Rehabilitation for Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:观察基于中医"治未病"思想的护理干预对结直肠癌患者康复的影响。方法:选择我院收治的118例结直肠癌患者,患者均经随机数字表法简单随机化分组,对照组56例患者给予常规护理,研究组62例患者给予基于中医"治未病"思想的护理干预,比较患者肿瘤症状、自护能力、生活质量及护理满意度差异。结果:护理后,两组患者肿瘤常见症状及中医症状调查表(MDASI-TCM)疼痛、麻木、睡眠不安、食欲不振、口干、口苦、恶心、呕吐、便秘、疲劳、烦躁、悲伤感的症状评分均降低(P<0.05),两组患者自我护理能力量表(ESCA)和癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORCT QLQ-C30)各维度评分及总分均提高(P<0.05),且研究组护理后的MDASI-TCM量表各症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05),ESCA量表和EORCT QLQ-C30量表各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05);经护理,研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于中医"治未病"思想的护理干预能够减轻结直肠癌患者肿瘤症状、提高患者自护能力,从而有助于促进康复,提高患者生活质量。

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on TCM concept of "Preventive Treatment of Disease" on rehabilitation for patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: Totally 118 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected. The patients were grouped by simple randomized grouping of random number table method. 56 patients in a controlled group were given routine nursing care, and 62 patients in a study group were given nursing intervention based on TCM concept of "Preventive Treatment of Disease". The differences in tumor symptoms, self-care ability, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared among patients. Results: After nursing, the scores of pain, numbness, disturbed sleep, loss of appetite, dry mouth, bitter mouth, nausea, vomiting, constipation, fatigue, irritability, sadness symptoms of M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory-Traditional Chinese Medicine(MDASI-TCM) scale were reduced in the two groups(P < 0.05) while the scores of dimensions and total scores of Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA) and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(EORCT QLQ-C30) were increased in the two groups(P < 0.05), and the scores of symptoms of MDASI-TCM scale in the study group after nursing were lower than those in the controlled group(P < 0.05) while the scores of dimensions and total scores of ESCA scale and EORCT QLQ-C30 scale were higher than those in the controlled group(P < 0.05). After nursing, the nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the controlled group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention based on TCM concept of "Preventive Treatment of Disease" can help improve the tumor symptoms and self-care ability of patients with colorectal cancer, thereby helping to promote rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of patients.
