河北高职院校党支部组织生活调查及质量提升研究--以唐山工业职业技术学院为例

Research on Organizational Life Investigation and Quality Improvement of Party Branches in Higher Vocational Colleges-A Case Study of Tangshan Polytechnic College

随着新形势的变化,新挑战的出现,人们的思维意识和价值观念日益多样化,高职院校开展党的组织生活时出现了一些困难和问题,影响了组织生活的质量。通过调研分析高职院校和唐山工业职业技术学院各党支部组织生活的质量不高的原因,提出了提升党支部组织生活质量的有效途径,并将提升组织生活质量作为全面从严治党的切入点,破解部分党支部存在的党的领导弱化、党的建设缺失等问题,促进基层党建工作质量的整体提升的对策。

With the changes in the new situation and the emergence of new challenges,people’s thinking and values are becoming increasingly diversified.Some difficulties and problems have appeared when higher vocational colleges develop the party’s organizational life,which affect the quality of organizational life.This article investigates and analyzes the reasons for the low quality of life in higher vocational colleges and the party branches of our college,and puts forward an effective way to improve the quality of life of the party branch,and regards the improvement of the quality of organizational life as the entry point for strict governance of the party.Solve the problems of weak party leadership and lack of party building in some party branches,and promote the overall improvement of the quality of grassroots party building work.
