摘要
汽车修理专业是职业院校最具代表性的一个专业,其特点是理论性和技能性要求都比较高,非常适合采用现代学徒制培养模式。根据试点经验,职业院校汽修专业课程标准开发应坚持科学流程,以系统科学理念制订开发规划,以企业现场调研摸准汽修技术转型重点,以多轮头脑风暴确定教学性工作任务,以教育科学方法理清课程目标,以教学实践实现课程标准完善;开发工作重点包括落实立德树人要求、推进课程数字化转型、制订课程项目化教学的基本策略。在课程标准实施过程中,应注重校企双方教学协同、构建多重融合的教学团队和企业培训质量监控。
The auto repair profession is the most representative profession in vocational colleges.It is characterized by relatively high theoretical and technical requirements,which is very suitable for adopting the modern apprenticeship training model.According to the pilot experience,vocational colleges should adhere to the scientific process in the development of the professional curriculum standards for auto repair,formulate development plans with systematic and scientific concepts,determine the focus of auto repair technology transformation with on-site investigations of enterprises,and determine teaching tasks with multiple rounds of brainstorming.The scientific method of education clarifies the curriculum objectives,and realizes the improvement of curriculum standards by teaching practice;the development work focuses on implementing the requirements of Lide to cultivate people,promoting the digital transformation of curriculum,and formulating basic strategies for curriculum project teaching.In the course of the implementation of the curriculum standards,attention should be paid to the teaching collaboration between the school and the enterprise,the construction of a multi-integrated teaching team,and the monitoring of enterprise training quality.
