This paper attempted to explore how to build a strategic alliance of hospitals by taking eastern Hubei medical group as an example.It expounded the status of medical industry and the advantages and disadvanta⁃ges,and put forward the strategy of building a strategic alliance in order to provide reference for the strategic alliance of other hospitals.
