多样化军事任务丰富拓展卫勤保障内容、方式和标准。通过数字化卫勤理念,搭建内部铰链、多方联动、全维贯通的信息互通平台,通过信息系统促进卫勤保障能力质的跃升;建立集中统管、分级负责、一体运转的指挥体系;必须把提高“备”之质效摆在首位,做到备细、备准、备实;以实战化演练,强调基础训练、集成训练、任务演练等多项卫勤保障措施和方法,以强化和拓展机动卫勤力量核心卫勤保障能力,有效履行多样化军事任务卫勤保障。

The diversification of military tasks enriches the contents,methods and standards of medical support.Through the concept of digital medical service,an information exchange platform with internal hinge,multi-party linkage and all-round connection should be built to promote the quality of health service support through the needle thread and internal and external convergence of information system,establish a command system of central⁃ized management,hierarchical responsibility and integrated operation,and put the quality and efficiency of“prepa⁃ration”in the first place,so as to achieve detailed,accurate and practical preparation.Through practical training,especially basic trainiing,integrated training and task training,medical support measures and methods should be emphasized so as to strengthen and expand the core medical support ability and effectively perform medical service support for diversified military tasks.
