肿瘤科住院患者自备药品情况分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Self-provided Drugs for Inpatients in Oncology Department

目的了解肿瘤科住院患者自备药品使用现状,探讨预防患者用药不当的措施,为优化自备药品的管理及使用提供参考。方法采用方便抽样方法,对某医院肿瘤科新入院患者自备药品使用情况进行问卷调查。结果201例肿瘤患者中自备处方药患者183人(91.04%),自备非处方药患者133人(66.17%),两者都备的115(57.21%)人。共154人存在用药不当行为,占总病例数的76.62%。其中有46人(22.89%)为无适应证用药。92人(45.77%)药品服用遗漏,60人(29.85%)服药时间错误,23人(12.50%)剂量不当。结论肿瘤住院患者自备药品使用不规范普遍存在,优化肿瘤科自备药品管理及使用需要管理部门、医生、护士、患者及家属共同紧密配合来完成。

Objective To understand the status of self-provided drugs used by inpatients in oncology de⁃partment,and to explore measures to prevent improper drug use in patients,so as to provide reference for optimi⁃zing the management and use of self-provided drugs.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to investi⁃gate the use of self-provided drugs in newly admitted patients in oncology department of a hospital.Results A⁃mong the 201 patients,183(91.04%)brought prescription drugs with them,and 133(66.17%)brought non-pre⁃scription drugs with them,115(57.21%)brought both of the prescription and non-prescription drugs.A total of 154 patients,accounting for 76.62%,had improper drug use behavior.46 patients(22.89%)were given off-label medications.92 patients(45.77%)missed the medication,60 patients(29.85%)took the medication at the wrong time,and 23 patients(12.50%)received the improper dose.Conclusion The use of self-provided drugs for in⁃patients with cancer is not standard.To optimize the management and use of self-provided drugs in the oncology de⁃partment,the management department,doctors,nurses,patients and their families should work together to com⁃plete the work.
