网络教学平台联合微格教学法在心肺复苏实训中的运用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索网络教学平台联合微格教学法在心肺复苏实训教学中的运用,提高教学效果。方法将2016级护理专业8个在校班随机分为实验组和对照组,两组学生均由课题组教师按照相同的授课计划进行授课,对照组按照传统实训课授课方式授课,实验组使用网络教学平台联合微格教学法进行授课。结果两组学生学习前的一般情况及自主学习能力5个维度及总分差异无显著性(P>0.05)。学习后,实验组的实训操作技术成绩、学生自主学习能力及学习满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组在自主学习能力中仅学习动机较学习前差异有显著性(P<0.05),其余维度及总分差异无显著性(P>0.05)。实验组自主学习能力较学习前差异有显著性(P<0.05),其4个维度和总分较对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论网络教学平台联合微格教学法在心肺复苏实训课的教学过程中明显优于传统教学法,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application of network teaching platform combined with microteach⁃ing in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training so as to improve the teaching effect.Methods 8 nursing classes of 2013 academic year were involved in the study.4 nursing classes were included as control group with traditional skill teaching methods and the other 4 nursing classes as experimental group with teaching platform combined with microteaching methods.Both groups of students were taught by the teachers of the research group according to the same teaching plan.Results Before study,there was no significant difference between the two groups in 5 dimen⁃sions and total scores of self-directed learning and general situation(P>0.05).After study,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in scores of operation,self-directed learning and learning satisfaction(P<0.05).In the control group,there was only significant difference in learning motivation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other dimensions and total scores(P>0.05).In the experimental group,there was a significant difference in self-directed learning compared with that before the new teaching practice(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of network teaching platform and microteaching is better than the traditional teaching method in the training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,which is worth popularizing.
