MTB诊疗模式下的肿瘤学教学

Oncology Teaching under Molecular Tumor Board

介绍肿瘤精准治疗时代下“分子肿瘤专家委员会(Molecular Tumor Board,MTB)”诊疗模式的定义,分析该诊疗模式在肿瘤临床教学实施中的必要性,着重从MTB诊疗模式对肿瘤专科教学中教员、学员、教学单位三个方面的要求提出建设性的思考。随着肿瘤诊治模式从传统经验医学、循证医学到精准医学的转变,MTB诊疗模式也将带来肿瘤学专科教学的改变,将MTB诊疗模式引入肿瘤专科教学中已势在必行,通过提高学员MTB诊疗思维,以精准治疗为指导,培养能够为患者提供个体化最佳治疗策略的肿瘤专科医师。

The paper introduced the definition of molecular tumor boards, and analyzed the necessity of MTB in oncology teaching, further put forward constructive thinking from the requirements of teachers, students as well as teaching hospital during oncology teaching process. With the change from traditional empirical medicine, evidence-based medicine to precision medicine, MTB model has brought some changes in oncology specialty teaching. It is imperative to introduce MTB into tumor teaching. By improving students’ thinking of MTB under precise medicine, we would cultivate oncologists who can provide individualized optimal treatment strategies for cancer patients.
