基于社会工作理论的老年临终关怀发展路径

Development Path of Hospice Care for the Elderly Based on Social Work Theory

临终关怀是应对健康老龄化、适应中国特色新时代的重要任务。为了实施健康中国战略,深入探讨医务社会工作在老年临终关怀场域的嵌入性发展过程。结果发现学科教育关系嵌入、灵性关怀嵌入、社会支持网络嵌入和制度建设嵌入是老年临终关怀发展主要发展路径。医务社会工作在老年临终关怀场域的嵌入性发展过程,不是社会工作专业的单方面嵌入,而是多元化主体共益的结果。社会工作助力老年临终关怀服务,以患者及家属需求评估、社会工作专业服务助推、资源优化配置等为切入点,提升老年临终关怀服务质量,健全临终关怀保障制度,全力推进健康老龄化体系的构建。

Hospice care is an important task to cope with the healthy aging and adapt to the new era with Chinese characteristics.In order to carry out the healthy China strategy,the embedded development process of med⁃ical social work in the field of elderly hospice care was discussed in depth.The results showed that the main devel⁃opment paths of hospice care for the elderly were disciplinary educational relations embedding,spiritual care em⁃bedding,social support network embedding and system construction embedding.The embedding process of medical social work in the field of elderly hospice care was not the unilateral embedding of social work,but the result of the common benefits of diversified subjects.Social work helped the hospice care services for the elderly.Starting from the needs assessment of patients and their families,the promotion of professional social work services and the opti⁃mal allocation of resources,the service quality of elderly hospice care was improved,the hospice care security sys⁃tem was improved,and the construction of a healthy aging system was vigorously promoted.
