Index System of Wartime Nursing in Cold Mountain Area of Super High Altitude

目的在我国气候极端恶劣的西南边境高原区域,探究科学、高效的实战卫勤保障护理核心能力指标体系。方法通过德尔菲专家函询法等技术,构建联勤保障部队卫勤保障护理工作核心能力指标体系。结果4轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率100%;专家咨询的权威系数为0.895、判断系数为0.897、熟悉系数为0.893;最终所得3个Ⅰ级指标、46个Ⅱ级指标条目的标准建设体系。经检验Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级指标协调系数分别为0.710、0.545,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论指标体系科学性、可靠性、实效性较强,可为西南边境高原战场护理岗前技术培训、参战护理力量的布局提供参考,对提升高原寒区军事卫勤护理保障力建设具有关键作用。

Objective To explore the scientific and efficient core competence index system of actual combat medical service nursing support in China’s extremely harsh southwest border plateau region. Methods Under the background of the study area, the core competence index system of medical support and nursing work of the Joint Logistic Support Force was established by using Delphi expert letter consultation method and other technologies. Results The effective recovery rate of 4 rounds of expert consultation questionnaire was 100%.The authority coefficient, judgment coefficient and familiarity coefficient of expert consultation were 0.895, 0.897 and 0.893 respectively. The final result was a standard construction system of 3 Ⅰ level indicators and 46 index index items. The results showed that the coordination coefficient of Ⅰ level and the index of riximate level were 0.710 and 0.545, respectively, which had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The index system obtained from the study is scientific, reliable and effective, which can provide reference for the pre-post technical training of battlefield nursing and the layout of nursing forces in battle in the southwest border plateau, and plays a key role in improving the construction of military medical service nursing support in the cold plateau region.
