摘要
目的基于对放射科以往护患纠纷发生的原因进行分析,探讨护理干预措施对患者诊疗满意度的效果,以减少护患纠纷的发生。方法选择2018年1月—2020年1月在放射治疗科治疗的130名患者,分为对照组和观察组,各组均为65名患者,其中,对照组的患者给予常规护理,观察组的患者给予干预后护理方法。基于两组患者的焦虑情况以及对护理工作满意度的调查,对看护过程中发生纠纷例数进行对比。结果①护患纠纷情况的对比。观察组发生2例护患纠纷,纠纷发生率为3.1%,对照组发生10例护患纠纷,发生率为15.4%,观察组护患纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);②焦虑自评量表得分对比。关照组的焦虑自评量表得分(46.63±13.16)明显低于对照组(55.55±11.74),并存在统计学差异(P<0.05);③两组患者对护理工作满意度的调查对比。观察组患者对护理工作的满意度(95.4%)高于对照组(76.9%),并存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论基于护患纠纷的护理干预可以提高放射治疗科护理人员的工作成效,有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,增加患者满意度,降低护患纠纷发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention measures so as to reduce the disputes between nurses and patients in the radiotherapy department.Methods 130 patients in the radiotherapy department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 65 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and those in the observation group were given the intervention nursing.Based on the anxiety of the two groups and the survey of nursing satisfaction,the number of disputes occurred in the nursing process was compared.Results There were 2 cases of disputes in the observation group,the incidence of disputes was 3.1%,10 cases of nursing disputes oc⁃curred in the control group,the incidence rate was 15.4%,the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observa⁃tion group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The self-rat⁃ing anxiety scale(SAS)of the care group(46.63±13.16)was significantly lower than that of the control group(55.55±11.74),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observa⁃tion group(95.4%)was higher than that in the control group(76.9%),and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on the analysis of the causes of nurse-patient disputes in ra⁃diotherapy department can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients and increase their satisfaction with nursing,thus reducing the nurse-patient disputes.
