国家公园社区冲突缓解机制研究——基于“民胞物与”理论

Research on Community Conflict Mitigation Mechanism of National Parks:Based on the Theory of“Fraternity and Harmony”

国家公园的构建是保护自然生态系统的重要体现,有利于构建人类命运共同体。针对目前在建设中出现的社区冲突问题,基于宋代张载的“民胞物与”伦理思想,立足于中国国情,以同源性、责任性、平等性为基本支撑点,通过思想文化的继承与变革、政策措施的布局与落实,推动伦理教育和秩序重建由感性到理性的转变,构建中国国家公园社区冲突的缓解机制。

The construction of national parks is an important embodiment of natural ecosystem protection,which is conducive to the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.In view of the community conflicts in the construction process,based on Zhang Zai's ethical thought of“fraternity and harmony”in the Song Dynasty and China's national conditions,taking homology,responsibility and equality as the basic supporting points,through the inheritance and reform of ideology and culture,the layout and implementation of policies and measures,the transformation of ethical education and order reconstruction from perceptual to rational is promoted and the mitigation mechanism of community conflicts in national parks in China is constructed.
