贵州省临床护士逆境商现况调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on current situation of adversity quotient among clinical nurses in Guizhou Province and analysis on influencing factors

目的了解临床护士逆境商现状及其影响因素,为管理部门制定提升护士应对挫折能力的策略提供参考。方法于2020年2月16—21日,采用便利抽样法,借助问卷星平台,运用自行设计的护士一般资料调查表、逆境商量表(ARP)、简易应对方式问卷(CSQ)和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对贵州省6 008名护士进行横断面问卷调查。结果护士逆境商得分为123.04±23.96,处于中等水平。多元线性回归分析显示,婚姻状况、护龄、医院等级、学历及有无夜班是护士逆境商的影响因素。Pearson相关分析显示,护士逆境商与积极应对方式及心理弹性呈正相关(r=0.283、0.190,均P<0.01),与消极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.172,P<0.01)。结论临床护士逆境商处于中等水平,丧偶、护龄10年以上、中专学历、无夜班、三级医院的护士逆境商较高,且护士逆境商水平越高其应对方式越积极、心理弹性越好。

Objective To understand the current situation of clinical nurses’ adversity quotient and its influencing factors,provide reference for for the management department to develop strategies to improve the nurses’ ability to cope with setbacks.Methods From February 16-21,2020,6 008 nurses in Guizhou Province were collected by convenience sampling method. With the Questionnaire Star platform,a cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted by using the self-designed questionnaire of general information of nurses,adversity quotient scale(ARP),simple coping style questionnaire(CSQ),and psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC). Results The score of nurses’ adversity quotient was 123.04±23.96,and in the middle level. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that marital status,nursing age,hospital grade,academic degree and night shift were the influencing factors of adversity quotient of nurses. Pearson correlation analysis showed that nurses’ adversity quotient was positively correlated with positive coping style and psychological resilience( r = 0. 283, 0. 190, both P < 0. 01),and negatively correlated with negative coping style(r=-0.172,P<0.01). Conclusion The clinical nurses’ adversity quotient is in the middle level. The nurses in widowed,nursing age more than 10 years,technical secondary school degree,no night shift,and in tertiary hospital have the higher adversity quotient. The higher the level of nurses’ adversity quotient,the more positive the coping style and the better the psychological resilience.
