摘要
作为应用性很强的学科,旅游管理类专业的创新创业教育与专业教育的融合极为重要。经过多年的探索和实践,河北经贸大学旅游管理类专业形成了具有鲜明特色的“1335”“新旅游”人才培养模式,即“一目标、三环节、三平台、五融合”,它的核心是将创新创业教育融入到育人全过程,要培养学生的创新精神、创业意识以及创新创业能力。此种模式下,形成了一系列品牌性活动,提升了人才培养质量,毕业生就业率得到明显提升,此模式对相关专业高等教育人才培养质量提升具有一定的借鉴意义。
As an applicable major,it is important for tourism manangement to combine innovation and entrepreneurship education.After years of exploration and practice,tourism management of Hebei University of Economics and Business has development a special mode of"1335",which means"One Target,Three Phases,Three Education Platforms and Five kind of Integration".Key idea of"1335"is to integrate professional talents cultivation with innovation and entrepreneurship education.Through this mode,school of tourism has develop a series of branded activities and has employment rate increased significantly.This mode can be used for improving the quality of personnel training in higher education of related majors.
