一种内河客渡船信息化监管平台的构建

The Construction of Information Management Platform for Inland River Passenger Ferry

摘要 针对目前内河客渡船监管的现状,构建一套内河客渡船信息化监管平台。分析了平台的系统结构、平台业务体系架构、部分子系统工作原理和关键功能模块,展示了平台部分功能模块实际使用情况。实际结果表明:该平台满足客渡船监管各方的信息化需求,对于提高内河客渡船监管效率、预防内河客渡船事故发生、保障乘客安全具有十分重要的意义。 According to the current situation of river passenger ferry supervision,to build a river passenger ferry information supervision platform.This paper introduces the system structure of the platform,the business architecture of the platform,the working principle of some subsystems and the key functional modules,and shows the actual use of some functional modules of the platform.The actual results show that the platform meets the information needs of all parties in the supervision of passenger ferry,and is of great significance for improving the supervision efficiency of inland passenger ferry,preventing the accident of inland passenger ferry and ensuring the safety of passengers.
