摘要
在新冠肺炎疫情防控背景下,为全面梳理国内生物安全研究的整体情况,本研究运用CiteSpace对CNKI数据库535篇文献进行可视化分析,展现了核心作者分布、核心机构分布、核心期刊分布、高被引作者以及热点主题。分析结果表明国内生物安全研究集中在实验室生物安全、生物安全与国家战略、转基因生物安全、新发和突发传染病以及生物安全立法几个方面。从长远看,国内生物安全研究需要加入多学科理论视角和注重生物安全知识的社会普及等。
Under the background of prevention and control of the COVID-19,in order to comprehensively review the overall situation of domestic biosecurity research,535 literatures in the CNKI database were analyzed and visualized in pictures by CiteSpace,showing the distributions of core authors,core organizations,core journals,highly cited authors and hot topics.The results showed that the domestic biosecurity research mainly focused on several aspects,i.e.,laboratory biosecurity,biosecurity and national strategy,transgenic biosecurity,emergent and new emerging viral infectious diseases and biosecurity legislation.In the long run,the research domestic biosecurity in China needs to add multi-disciplinary theoretical perspective and pay more attention to the social popularization of the biosecurity knowledge.
