温度对谷斑皮蠹老龄幼虫气调处理影响的初步研究 被引量:5

The impact of temperature on late-aged larvae of khapra beetle(Coleoptera:Dermestidae)treated under low oxygen atmosphere

摘要 谷斑皮蠹(Trogoderma granarium Everts)是全球危害最为严重的仓储害虫之一,被我国和许多国家列为检疫性有害生物。因此,针对国际贸易中被感染的货物,应实施熏蒸、气调等检疫处理以防止其传播。为研究环境温度对气调处理效能的影响,在0℃、25℃、35℃条件下分别处理1~22 d,测试了低O2高N2气调(1%O2,N2平衡)对谷斑皮蠹老龄幼虫的死亡率,并对剂量-死亡率数据进行双因素、协方差和机率值分析,结果表明:老龄幼虫死亡率及处理效能随着温度升高而显著增加;在0℃、25℃、35℃条件下LT99.9968(95%置信水平下死亡率达到99.9968%的最短时间)分别为63.9(56.7~73.9)d、25.7(24.0~27.9)d、9.5(9.1~10.1)d,呈显著的下降趋势。 The khapra beetle,Trogoderma granarium Everts,is recognized as one of the most destructive pests of stored products in the world.It is listed as an important quarantine pest by China and many other countries.Therefore,the infested commodities in international trade should be subjected to phytosanitary treatment such as fumigation and modified atmosphere(MA)treatment to prevent its introduction and spread.In order to investigate the impact of temperature on the effect of MA treatment of T.granarium,late-aged larvae were treated under low oxygen and high nitrogen(1%O2,with N2 balance)atmosphere at 0℃,25℃,and 35℃for 1-22 days,respectively.The time-mortality data were analyzed by two-way and covariance analysis of variance,and then subjected to probit analysis.The results showed that the mortality and treatment efficacy increase significantly with increasing temperature;the LT99.9968(estimated time for 99.9968%mortality at 95%confidence level)is 63.9(56.7-73.9),25.7(24.0-27.9),9.5(9.1-10.1)days at 0℃,25℃and 35℃,respectively,which showed a highly significant downward trend.
