摘要
数字创新是发展数字经济的根本驱动力,但面临诸多管理困境,根源在于数字创新过程的复杂性。文章构建了数字创新过程的多层次共演模型,包括认知层面的适应性学习,行为层面的试错和绩效层面的适应度变化,并结合微信案例进行说明在此基础上进一步提出数字创新的适应性管理策略,为数字创新管理的理论发展和实践提供了有益的启示。
Digital innovation is vital fordigitaleconomydevelopment,but is difficult to manage because of complex process.This paper develops a multi-level evolutionary framework,including adaptive learning on the cognition level,trial and error on the behavior level and dynamic fitness on the performance level,and illustrate this framework by analyzing the case of WeChat.Based on this framework,this paper proposesan adaptivemanagement strategy for digital innovation.
