地方高校学前教育专业本科生教育实习情况的调查研究

An investigation on the educational practice of preschool undergraduates in local universities

为贯彻十九大报告提出的"大力发展学前教育,做好幼有所育"的目标,地方高校要积极结合国家政策和地方发展需要,不断加强幼儿教师队伍建设。为提高地方高校学前教育专业本科生教育实习的成效性,本文采用自编《学前教育专业本科生教育实习情况的调查问卷》对学前专业实习生进行调查,并结合对实习幼儿园指导教师和高校实习指导教师的访谈,从中发现学前专业学生实习中存在如下问题:1.实习前缺乏科学合理的实习计划;2.实习中学生理论水平得到提升,但实践操作技能存在问题;3.实习中指导教师指导不到位,管理不足;4.教育实习总结不到位,实习评价缺乏标准。

in order to implement the goal of "vigorously developing preschool education and doing a good job in educating children" pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, local colleges and universities should actively combine national policies and local development needs, and constantly strengthen the construction of Preschool Teachers. In order to improve the effectiveness of undergraduate education practice of preschool education major in local colleges and universities, this paper uses the self-made "questionnaire on undergraduate education practice of preschool education major" to investigate the pre-school professional interns, and interviews with teachers of practice kindergartens and practice instructors in Colleges and universities.The problems in the practice of preschool students are as follows:1. Lack of scientific and reasonable practice plan before practice.2. In the practice, the students’ theoretical level has been improved, but there are some problems in their practical skills.3. In the practice, the guidance of the instructor is not in place, and the management is insufficient.4. The summary of educational practice is not in place, and the evaluation of practice is lack of standards.
