本文以锦州医科大学为例,介绍了锦州医科大学在五年制本科临床医学专业探索临床实践教学改革的经验与体会,旨在寻求既符合高等医学教育规律,又有利于培养医学生医学岗位胜任能力的最佳医学实践教学模式,提高医学人才培养质量。

In order to find the best medical practice teaching mode to meet improve the quality of medical personnel training.This paper takes the five -year undergraduate clinical medicine specialty in Jinzhou Medical University as an example to introduce the experience of clinical practice teaching reform. We find the medical practice teaching mode which is not only conforms to the law of higher medical education, but also helps to cultivate medical students' medical post competency.
