申南凹煤矿20106工作面采空区注氮防灭火技术研究与优化 被引量:1

摘要 为防止申南凹煤业20106工作面采空区内出现遗煤自燃现象,通过对现有间隔式注氮方案实施效果的分析可知,现有注氮方案效果不理想,需对注氮口位置和注氮流量进行优化分析。通过采用Fluent数值模拟软件进行合理注氮口和注氮流量分析,基于分析结果调整注氮口为机巷距工作面40 m、注氮流量为1400 m^(3)/h,并在注氮方案实施后进行分析。结果表明:工作面采用优化注氮方案后,采空区内氧化升温带的宽度大幅降低,工作面回采期间无遗煤自燃现象出现,为工作面的安全回采提供了保障。 In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf of 20106 working face,the analysis of the effect of the existing interval nitrogen injection scheme shows that the effect of the existing nitrogen injection scheme is not ideal,and the position of the nitrogen injection port and the nitrogen injection flow rate need to be adjusted.Carry out optimization analysis,analyze reasonable nitrogen injection port and nitrogen injection flow by using Fluent numerical simulation software.Based on the analysis results,adjust the nitrogen injection port to be 40 m from the working face of the machine lane,and the nitrogen injection flow to 1400 m^(3)/h,and in the nitrogen injection plan Analyze after implementation.The results show that after the optimized nitrogen injection scheme is adopted in the working face,the width of the oxidation heating zone in the goaf is greatly reduced,and spontaneous combustion of coal appears during the working face,which provides a guarantee for the safe mining of the working face.
